To live without smoking is easy! Starting from the consideration that for 20 years I was not able to free myself from this hell,without suffer for any quitting smoking sides effects, and considering that I tried 6 times but I failed 5, could seem strange that now I say something like this without any hesitation…but it is true!
Stop smoking is easy! And to live an happy life without smoking is even easier!!! Now before understanding how it is possible healing from smoking in an easy and funny way, without spending thousand of dollars in medicines and professional support, and how the quitting smoking timeline could be, it is crucial to focus on the real point: Why people smoke? The answer is very simple: MARKETING !!!!
In fact, with the help of the nature, the tobacco companies were able to build up the most successful marketing campaign in the mankind history. And they were also able to turn the “anti-smoking campaigns” for them.
You will be probably wondering what I “smoked” today to say something like that…but you forgot that I am a non-smoker now, and that after I have understood what I am going to share with you, I was finally able to quit smoking definitely…so listen:
The only real reason why people smoke is: BECAUSE MILLIONS OF PEOPLE DO THAT!
The trick is all in that, even if we know that smoking is a danger for our health, even if we could immediately understand that it will cost us a lot of dollars, even if we do not like it (remember the hard time to start doing it?…fine.), we cannot image that so many people are so “stupid” to do a thing like that if they don’t have nothing from it. In fact I, now, explain why it is true…the opposite.

Normally people without temperament are so worried about smoking that they do not even start, instead a strong and intelligent person will be taken to think that he could manage the situation.
To make the situation worse, we all experiment a very hard time to start smoking, and this is the trick of all tricks! In fact, I am a very intelligent person, I found my first cigarette so disgusting, fine I WILL BE ABLE TO STOP WHEN I WILL WANT TO!
That’s it! You are in the trap! The tobacco companies have convinced us that smoking is a “vice” or an “habit”, so far in a situation as the one I describe above, no problem I am a strong willed person so I can always eliminate a “vice” if I want…
The truth is that SMOKING IS A DRUG ADDICTION !!!
Ok ok, I smoked for 20 years and never, ever and ever I got close to neither a simple marijuana cigarette… But the thing is that TOBACCO and better the NICOTINE is a DRUG!!!! But now it is real important you know how it works.
First of all the NICOTINE effect is the most fast effect, this means that compared to other heavy drugs, our mind receive the dose in a very short time, and it is sufficient one cigarette to start the addiction effect. Normally in fact after the first inhalation the nicotine absorbed from the lungs reach immediately our brain.
Other important consideration to make is that the level of nicotine in our bloodstream, and in our brain, drop down very quickly, reaching the level in which our body will require another dose in about 40 minutes.
This for example explains why almost all the tobacco companies use the 20 cigarettes box, it is the perfect number for one day need. The last but most important consideration to do is that: NICOTINE WITHDRAWAL SYMTOMPS DOES NOT INVOLVE HEAVY SIDE EFFECTS!
An heroine addict without his dose could really suffer great pains, but the nicotine one could live his entire life without even knowing that this little and neglectable feeling of “empty”, this tiny feeling of hunger is in truth his “abstinence crisis”.
This probably explains why a lot of people that stop smoking start to eat more. So, if nicotine does not put us on the edge why are we so afraid to free ourselves from it?
Once again…MARKETING! We are so sure that stop smoking will be hard that we start to feel anxiety even if we think about it!
The secret to live an happy life without smoking is all in this: Be aware that smoking is not a big deal, you can stop if you decide it and no kind of “monsters” will get you for that. Instead once you restore you original body balance (normally in a period between 1 and 3 weeks) your body will stop to ask you for the nicotine dose, and even these tiny effects will disappear.
Moreover once you restore your original taste you will discover that even the smell of a cigarette is absolutely unbearable, as it was for all that initial period in which you habituated your body to accept it.
